Before reserving a stay, please review our basic policies, which are designed to create a peaceful and safe travel experience for everyone:

Adults only

Hoosier Hot Springs & Inn is an adult-oriented boutique property. All guests must be age 18 or older, no exceptions.

Experience the property independently

One day prior to arrival, we provide Inn guests with check-in details to access your room or suite using a keypad code (contactless check-in.) We do not have a front desk, yet staff is available at the office for assistance during regular hot springs hours.

Ambiance

Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Hoosier Hot Springs is a peaceful yet social atmosphere. Normal conversation-level volume is accepted. We do not have a whisper policy.

Pet policy

We welcome well-behaved dogs and cats! We have one dedicated pet-friendly suite (“The Mesquite”); pets are not permitted in any other rooms or suites.

We require advance notice by adding your pet fee during the booking process ($40 per night, plus tax.)

No weight limits. Maximum of two dogs/cats per reservation. When on the premises, please use a leash or crate. When inside your private suite, please do not allow pets on the furniture. Do not allow pets to bark incessantly or cause disturbance to the other guests. By bringing a pet, you agree that you will pay for any and all damages caused by pets to furniture or furnishings at the property. Guests that violate the pet rules will be asked to leave.

No smoking

No smoking nor vaping inside or outside the buildings, except in the designated smoking area at the northeast corner of the parking lot. A damages fee equal to $250 or your highest nightly rate (whichever is greater) plus tax will be assessed if any evidence of smoking indoors is found.

TVs

We do not have TVs. The Hoosier is all about peace and reconnecting with your self, humankind, and the Earth. We don’t think televisions help you reach that aspiration. WIFI is available throughout the property.

Hot springs

We have additional basic guidelines for conduct at the hot springs, which are provided during the hot springs reservation process.
